Business Profile

Hello, Redding neighbors!

I’m Dr. Farnaz Chegini, DMD, and I’m so grateful to call this community home. At Chegini Family Dentistry, my goal is to create more than just a dental office. I’ve built a place where health, beauty, and relaxation come together. To me, dentistry isn’t only about fixing teeth—it’s about restoring confidence, comfort, and well-being: body, mind, and spirit.

My Path to Dentistry

My path to dentistry began with a deep desire to serve others. I earned my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences, followed by an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at East Carolina University (ECU).

Before opening my own practice, I worked as a Supervisory Dentist for the Veterans Affairs clinics in Redding and Chico, where I focused on improving access to care and quality for our local veterans. That experience shaped how I approach leadership and patient care today.

Creating a Different Kind of Dental Experience

When I founded Chegini Family Dentistry in 2024, I wanted every patient to feel relaxed, valued, and genuinely cared for. That’s why our practice is designed with massage chairs in every operatory, complimentary spa amenities like hyaluronic eye masks and aromatherapy, and an atmosphere that feels calm and welcoming.

I love seeing the look of surprise when patients realize that dentistry can actually be a peaceful experience.

Comprehensive Care with Modern Technology

I’m also passionate about bringing advanced, comprehensive care to my patients. I perform dental implant placements, Botox therapy for migraine headaches and hyper-muscular activity, and full-mouth rehabilitations using the latest digital technology, including 3D imaging, intraoral scanning, and same-day CEREC crowns.

We also understand that oral health affects the entire body. Our office provides home sleep test machines and works closely with local ENT specialists to evaluate and manage sleep apnea—helping patients breathe, sleep, and live better.

Serving the Community

I truly believe dentistry should be healing for the whole person. When patients feel listened to, respected, and comfortable, everything about their health experience changes. My team and I take pride in building long-term relationships with our patients, many of whom feel like extended family.

Beyond my practice, I serve as Vice President of the WesternU Alumni Leadership Board and am an active member of the Christian Medical and Dental Associations (CMDA). Giving back to the community is close to my heart. I volunteer through One Safe Place, offering free dental care to survivors of domestic violence and others in need.

Outside of the office, I enjoy playing golf, practicing hot yoga, attending Bible study, and spending time with family, friends, and my dogs. These moments help me recharge and remind me why balance and joy are so important—both in life and in dentistry.

A Smile Is Personal

Every smile has a story, and I’m honored to be part of yours. My hope is that when you visit our office, you’ll leave not only with a healthier smile, but also with a renewed sense of confidence and peace.
